Kelly Services C.I.S. on behalf of its client, a major western IT Company, with a strong presence in Russia is searching for a Business Intelligence Consultant.

Summary: Provides consulting services, including solution development, implementation and closeout, at customer sites. Develops applications for internal use; designs, implements, and presents customer prototypes. Builds applications development tools. Oversees the technical progress of ongoing services.

Primary responsibilities for role:

  • Develops, tests, and implements software applications for our customers; takes direction from technical lead or project manager as assigned
  • Provides input to project team to define scope and work effort for assigned tasks
  • Implements prototypes for use in sales situations and site visits
  • Participate on our customers technical trainings as a teacher
  • Develops and maintains internal applications
  • Reviews and edits documentation for consulting projects, the Education Division and other divisions as needed


Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good programming skills using an object oriented programming language such as JAVA, .NET
  • Good working knowledge of at least one operating system
  • Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with users with various technical backgrounds

Experience:

  • Two years current (within the last four years) experience programming in an object oriented programming language, preferably in technology areas such as reporting systems or web-based information portals
  • Knowledge of heterogenous IT environment is an advantage
  • Specific industry-related experience may be considered in combination with the above
