An international system integrator with strong presence in Russia is looking for a Senior Analytical CRM Consultant
Position summary description:
This is a customer-facing, project oriented position having accountability for managing customer expectations while delivering the services and solutions. The Consultant provides in-depth business and technical needs analysis of the customer and advises solution teams on proper Analytical CRM tools implementation for the customer. Responsible for supporting all presales activities, as well as participating in implementation projects as an Architect and a Technical Lead. Other implementation tasks may be included in the area of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Presales activities in the area of Analytical CRM (customer intelligence, campaign management) including customer presentations, proposal writing, sales and bid support.
Implementation projects – acting as an Architect and Technical Lead in Analytical CRM projects.
Education and experience requirements:
Higher education preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or other related fields
Strong technical knowledge and experience in computer technology
Good understanding and experience of the banking and finance industry will be a plus
Technical skills required:
Knowledge and experience with relational database technology
SAS knowledge and experience will be a plus
Knowledge of the BI tools (OLAP, reporting, ideally data mining)
Knowledge of Analytical CRM tools is a plus
Java architecture and programming experience will be a plus
Good command of the Microsoft Office package
Presales skills:
Customer Interaction skills (questioning, dialoguing, presentation, negotiation)
Proposal writing
Languages:
Native Russian speaker
Spoken English is a must
French will be considered as an advantage
Work Environment:
Presales activities are done partly in the office and partly at a customer-site. Projects are usually done at a customer site.
